Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom prescription lenses require additional processing time; please see delivery estimates below. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All custom prescription lenses (including single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses) require an additional 7 business days for processing and manufacturing. The total delivery time for custom lenses is:

International Shipping & Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LensGo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How to Check Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at 103791170@qq.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 103791170@qq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in good condition.
